Applicable conveying medium: 

The N - Impellers have a  semi-open, screw flow design and combine features of both screw flow and centrifugal flow impellers.

- N- impellers are ideal forsewage containing solid substances, long fibres and coarse dirt.

- N- impellers have a large solids passage that makes them  ideal for handling sewage in large terminal,inlet, and effluent pumping stations.

The self-cleaning concept:

The semi-open impeller and the volute relief groove work together.

Stage 1:The N-impeller blades with backswept leading edges sweep solids from the center to the perimeter of the inlet.

Stage 2: The relief groove and guide pin in the volute push solids, such as rags, away from the impeller.

Applicable conveying medium: 

The open spiral large channel of the pump has the characteristics of high efficiency and no blockage. It is easier to transport large solid and  long  fiber materials, and the ability to pass through particle diameter is far superior to other impeller types of water pumps Non clogging and non overload spiral centrifugal impeller, capable of  rotating soft solids on its own to prevent long fibers and solids from being entangled by the blade edge when entering the suction port, causing blockage.

Applicable conveying medium:

The screw-centrifugal pump  can go beyond the limits of classical centrifugal pumps, and even into the application area of positive displacement pumps. The shape of the inlet edge creates an "inducer effect", which makes a large negative suction head possible (or a highertransportation media temperature). A pronounced screw shape creates a displacement effect with high viscosities, which makes possible the handling of viscous liquids well into the displacement pump application range.

3. Viscous, sludgy and gaseous liquids: Paint, glue, paper stock, sludge from sedimentation as well as gas-producing or flake-forming biological processes.

4. Strongly abrasive media: Liquids heavily contaminated with sand and gravel, as well as grinding  and milling wastes.

5.Activated sludge: Activated sludge without damaging biological bacteria, transport sludge with a solid content of up to 18%.
